Christabel MacGreevy is an interdisciplinary artist concerned with archetypes, communication and memory, explored through the interplay of the personal and universal.
She studied Fine Art at Central Saint Martins, London and Ecole de Beaux Arts, Paris before completing her Postgraduate diploma from The Royal Drawing School, London. She has worked across the spectrum as a designer and illustrator as well as fine artist.
Since graduating she has established a diverse art practice that incorporates paint, ceramics, sculpture, and textiles, with a strong focus on drawing that ties these strands together . Her drawings were most recently displayed at Alex Eagle Studio in Soho, London.
Ceramics has emerged as an important concern that was ignited during the pandemic, starting both 2021 and 2022 with a three month residency at Ceramica Suro in Guadalajara, Mexico. She has worked on a table ware project with MANGO for a dinner in London in November 2021.
